Q. Is it possible to make reservation by phone or email?

Q. Is it possible to change/ cancel the reservation by phone or email?
A. Yes. You could be charged a cancellation fee depending on the situation
Q. Until when are reservation changes allowed on this website?
A. It is possible until your check-in day. Please feel free to give us a call.
Q. From when will be cancellation fee be charged?
A. The free cancellation timing depends on the type of the hotels.
Details can be confirmed on the reservation page of your expected accommodation.
【Petit Hotels】
3 days before check-in day: 50% of the total accommodation fee
On the check-in day: 100% of the total accommodation fee
No show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
【Villa Types】
7 days before check-in day: 50% of the total accommodation fee
On the check-in day: 100% of the total accommodation fee
No show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
Q. How many nights can be reserved at one time?
A. No limitation.
Q. Is it possible for juveniles to book a room/stay?
A. The guests who are under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Q. can infant or child sleep together without extra beds?
A. Free of charge for children under 6 years old if no extra bed is requested.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. No pets allowed.

About Stay

A. The check-in is from 3pm to 9pm and the check-out is until 11 am. Regarding the extension of check-out time, the lastest time is 13:00,
and 1000 JPY/hour will be charged extrally.
Q. Can I change the check-in time scheduled?
A. Please contact us if you arrive later than 9pm.
Q. Is there any parking space?
A. Yes, parking lots are free of charge and reservations are NOT required.
Q. Can I store the luggage before check-in/ after check-out?
A. Yes. Please contact us at Plam Springs Miyakojima Guest Service Center
Q. Do you have rental sets for children?
A. We have baby beds, strollers, baby seats.
Q. How do I do when I left something in the hotel?
A. We will keep lost things except for foods and beverages, newspapers for 2 weeks.

Q. Is there airport shuttle service?
A. Those who use our rent-a-car service will get it for free. If you need it, please contact us at the Guest Service Center/Email/telephone.
